The driver line-up for Sahara Force India F1 Team in 2018 consisted of Mexican driver, Sergio Pérez and French youngster Esteban Ocon. It was a strong year for the team with the drivers finishing eighth and 12th place in the Drivers’ World Championship respectively.
It was an important year for the team too. Having carried the Force India name for many years, part way through the season saw them adopt the Racing Point brand to become Racing Point Force India F1 Team, and later dropping the Force India name entirely come 2019.
The front wings are a very important part of an F1 car. In addition to controlling the downforce, the front wings control the total airflow around the race car as they are the first part of the car that comes in contact with the air. The front wing also governs the overall aerodynamics of the car.
This genuine front wing was used on one of the VJM11 race cars during the 2018 season and is now ready for you to mount on your wall for an impressive display.
